Sam is an international yoga teacher, who grew up in India.
Based out of Bangalore, he practices and teaches a blend of Vinyasa and hatha style yoga. His emphasis on breath, alignment and pose integrity allow students to safely deepen their practice and build full body strength and control.
Sam is a techie turned yogi-prenuer. He found his way to yoga when he discovered his sedentary lifestyle was making him sick and unhappy. In 2016 he was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, Anxiety and a Fatty Liver condition.
Yoga has helped him manage his stress levels and take control of his health. Today he spends his time sharing what he has learned.
