Ashtanga Style Float Forward With Straight Legs
Today, I am sharing glimpses of my float forward practice from Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) to a Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana)
This transition is practiced in the Mysore Ashtanga Style Sun Salutations. I have not included any prep work but I’d like to note that I practiced forward folds and worked on warming up the wrists and arms with planks and several variations.
