Days 4 -5 Of 30 Days Yoga Strong Challenge.
We’re getting started with vinyasa flows in this series. We begin with Ashtanga Style Sun Salutations. (I recommend sticking to just the sun salutation for day 4)
If you feel comfortable with the sun salutation feel free to jump in and try your hand at the vinyasas. They progressively build upto warrior poses. We will look at Warrior 1 and 2.
